Rates

Lang Bay Commuity Hall is available to rent by the hour or by the day.

Daily rate, $100.00

Hourly rate, $20.00 per hour up to 5 hours. After 5 hours the rental becomes a day rental fee of $100.00

Kitchen rate, $10 per hour

Deposits

Daily rental $100 Deposit payable at time of booking.

Kitchen rental $50 Deposit payable at time of booking.

Please note the following important information.

Capacity: 72 Maximum

Alcohol: A Special Events License including a liquor license must be obtained.

Damage Deposit: Must be paid upon booking. Your dates are not guaranteed without a deposit paid.

Rules and Regulations: With this rental application form I acknowledge that I have agreed to the Rental Rules and Regulations and will abide by all these Rental Rules and Regulations during the contracted time period if I am renting the Lang Bay Community Hall. I understand that if I fail to abide by the Rental Rules and Regulations I may lose my Damage Deposit.

I understand that this I am sending in my application with a request for my preferred date for my event. I understand that I will receive a response to confirm if my requested date is available and then will be able to complete the next steps to rent The Lang Bay Hall.

Start and End Time of Your Event

Lang Bay Hall must be vacated by 1AM the day of the event. Lang Bay Hall must be cleaned the following day by NOON. Failure to do so will result in the forfiet of the deposit.

Number of Occupants

Maximum occupants is 72 persons connected to the event. Musicians and catererers are not included in the 72 person.
